Ana Kraljevic is a key part of the firm’s employment law practice.  She provides advice and representation to individuals on all workplace issues, including the review of employment contracts, counsel in workplace disputes, and advocacy on wrongful dismissals (terminations).  She has appeared before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Employment Standards (Ministry of Labour), Ontario Small Claims Court and the Superior Court of Justice.

Ana also assists with the firm’s corporate clients, and has expertise assisting new and growing start-ups on compliance with employment standards, human rights, and occupational health and safety laws in Ontario.

She also assists in the firm’s general litigation matters, including matters involving shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and defamation.

While at law school, Ana participated in the Hicks Morley Labour Moot.  She was awarded the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues Prize for the best submission. In addition, she spent a term at Legal Assistance of Windsor (LAW), a legal clinic where she provided legal services in the areas of social benefits for those in the community who could not afford a private lawyer.

After graduating, Ana completed her articles at a well-known litigation firm where she participated in litigation across a variety of fields.  She complemented her knowledge base by teaching paralegal students in different practice areas, including employment law, privacy law, and torts.  Subsequently, Ana has focused on developing her employment law skills and knowledge.
